My First Time.

Hey everyone! :)

So I have been watching a lot of Youtube videos and of course a number of people have been making video responses to an idea that Louise had done; my first time. Now before you start jumping to conclusions, this is not what you are thinking so get your head out of the gutter silly people. The tag is one that talks about the first experiences about a lot of different life events. Since the majority of you liked the 25 facts about me post that I did a while back I decided to give this one a try! I’ve collected a number of questions from the various videos out there so the questions might seem familiar.

Who is your first love?
Well this is a great place to jump in isn’t it? I’ll be perfectly honest and say that I have probably never been in love with another person as of this point and time. Will that change in the future, most probably. For now I am going to take this as a WHAT instead of a WHO and say that theatre or teaching is my first love. Those are both things that I have been doing since I was young and have always had a passion for. Without my acting I don’t know how I would have met a lot of my friends or gotten through high school. I guess it runs in my blood because my father is an avid actor and both my parents were teachers once upon a time. Oh no, does that mean I am turning into my parents?!

What was your first kiss like?
Confession time, I’ve never been kissed before. I could lie and make something up but I honestly don’t see the point of holding that kind of information back from all of you, it isn’t right. I’ve never had a first kiss before and it isn’t something that I am ashamed of or that I regret. I was never the kind of girl who was boy crazy or who went on dates with a lot of guys, I was far more concerned about school and getting good grades. Yes, I was one of those kids. I am of the mindset that if it is going to happen, it will happen with time. I’m not going to rush it, I’m just going to enjoy my life.

What was your first pet?
The first and only pet(s) that I had were a pair of Chinese Fighting fish. My younger brother and I each got two, one blue and one pink one. Now, the saddest part of this story has to be the fact that my little brother murdered my fish. Yup my first pet was murdered when I wasn’t even home. He wanted to see if they could swim back up the pipes so he FLUSHED my fish down the toilet and waited to see what would happen. Those poor little fish didn’t have a chance, and I never even got to say good-bye. Needless to say they never did swim back up the pipes so maybe they liked it down in the sewers? I doubt it but I would like to think they were happy for a little while before they were killed by a maniac.

What was you first meeting with a friend like?
So I don’t remember meeting my first friend because I knew her as far back as I can remember, so I am going to talk about the first time I met my friend Jessica. Way back in the seventh grade I changed schools to attend an all girl’s school and left the majority of my friends at another school. So I was basically starting from scratch and ended up trying to figure out who I was going to make friends with. One of the girls I went to school with prior to grade seven, Kaitlin, and I stood in the gym where all the new grade sevens were gathered and surveyed our homeroom/class. There was one girl standing off by herself, leaning against the wall all quiet and we thought she looked quite sad (turned out she wasn’t but was just tired, but whatever, it worked out for the best). So the two of us, being quite loud and obnoxious people looking back on it now walked up to her and said, “Hey there! Do you want to be friends!?!” Yup, that is right, we forced a friendship onto her and I couldn’t be happier that we did. Jessica and I are still really good friends and I think I’ve had some of the best times of my life with her and a solid group we’ve collected over the years.

What is the first music you bought?
So way back when there were these things called discmen. They came after walkmen and were used to play CDs when on the go.  For one of my birthdays I was given a discman of my own and decided that I was going to pick up two CDs. The two that I saved up for were; Holiday in the Sun from the Mary-Kate and Ashley movie and Avril Lavigne’s Let Go. Yes, 2002 was a very strange time for many people and their musical tastes, let’s not judge them based on that. However, before that I had a tape player that I used to listen to Spice Girls on a lot until the tape broke in half from being used way too often.

What was the first concert that you attended?
I think it would have been the fifth or sixth grade when I went to my first concert. Back then I loved, loved, loved Hillary Duff in all of her movies and owned all her CDs. So when I found out that she was going to come to my small town, I begged my parents to get me tickets. So when my mother got them for my birthday, I was thrilled! I found out my friend got floor tickets and figured that the two of us would sit on the floor and our parents would sit in the stands like a bunch of other kids parents were doing. However, that didn’t happen. My “best friend” asked another girl to sit on the floor with her and I got stuck sitting with my grandfather and her mother in the stands. They refused to let me stand up, sing or do anything fun at all. So I wasn’t very happy through the concert and I kind of wish that I hadn’t just acted like a brat at the time.

What was the first “gadget” you owned?
Well, technically it was an alarm clock that I wanted desperately because in all the TV shows that I watched the kids always woke up to that dreaded alarm. So I desperately wanted to act grown up and just like them so my family bought me one…that never really got used because I hated the sound of the alarm and found it wasn’t as magical as it appeared! I think one of the ones that I used the most would have to be this Barbie Lantern that I got when I was younger because I was scared of the dark. I would use it to walk from my room to the bathroom when I got up and man did it throw a lot of light! It was shaped like a flower and could be used for just a few seconds or to stay on for a longer time. I loved using that and I think I must have it hidden someplace or another.

What was your first word?
No. Simple as that, it was the word no. I didn’t want to go someplace or do something according to my grandparents so I just said no flat out. Of course, I still got dragged out on this outing but it was delayed because everyone had to make a big deal about the first word. Well soon enough everyone got annoyed with the fact that everything I said was No this and NO that, because I didn’t know another word yet.  Imagine how annoying that would have been for everyone involved. I shudder at the thought of something so negative.

What was your first teddy?
I have had this bear since I was born I believe? Once upon a time if you pressed on the two hands it would talk and say various things. You could record your name into it and it would say your name, but that has long since broke and we took the voice box out of it. To this day I still sleep with it on my bed because I use it to block out noise (because I am a weird person who can’t sleep if my ears are open to the room).  Of course it is really worn down but the clothes that it used to wear completely disintegrated in the wash when we were trying to get them clean. I don’t think we could even get all the pieces out of the washer and dryer.

What was your first job like?
So I am going to say that babysitting doesn’t count because almost everyone has done that at some point in their life. At least, most girls that I know have done some kind of babysitting as a first job. The first “official” job I got was the one I currently work at. Yes, it seems funny to still just have a first job but my grandparents didn’t want me to work during high school because it would be too much stress. So in March of 2012 I got my first job at Winners! Woo hoo exciting right?! I love the place that I work and I’ve been lucky enough to stay there for a year and a half at this point. It honestly feels like a family and I’ve been super lucky to make the friends that I have through work. It is an amazing experience and I am glad to be able to keep learning on a regular basis.

What was the first Disney Movie you saw?
I am going to age myself a little bit and say that this movie I saw in theatres when it first came out; Mulan. I was four years old and my parents took my little brother and I to go and see the movie at our local movie theatre. I can still remember how much fun I had while I was there but how terrified I was from the Huns and the bit of violence there was in it. However, I couldn’t imagine my life if I hadn’t seen it because it is honestly one of my favourite movies on the planet when it comes to Disney.

Alright guys that wraps up my list of firsts! I think it is a good note to end it on, don’t you; a love of Disney that has grown into a passion for the amazing company. If there are any other firsts that you would like me to talk about leave me a comment and I’ll try and give you some bonus round questions down there!

Cheers! x

Day 13 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

So today I was out to appointments almost all day with my family so I didn't do a lot of things. When I wasn't out, I was sleeping soundly so I didn't think that was too interesting. I did however read and listen to some music to try and relax later in the day. I was actually given the recommendation by one of you guys to read The Messenger and I am loving it! So thank you so much! :)

Cheers! x

Day 12 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

So today I did a little bit of shopping to try and find something to fit into the corner of my grandparents living room to fill the spot that looks pretty bare. I took a snap of it so that we could see how it would go, what do you all think? You can just ignore the little blurry part up there, it is just the price tag on it but I didn't want to take a picture of something that I may not buy. The colour is more of a dark jade green rather than the black colour it appears to be!

Day 11 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

So please, please, please forgive me? I've been stuck at work the last two days trying to balance some new training that I've been getting done and work around the back garden with the family. I didn't have any kind of time to put up a snap yesterday but I had taken one! So you know that nice, soft rain? Well that is what it was like when I went outside after work. The photo had to be edited a tad so that you could actually see the rainbow but it was amazing and beautiful! I love rainbows so much and used to go hunting for the gold at the end as a child. I never did manage to find it...

Day 10 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

Well, that is exactly what it looks like. A huge tree from getting cut down. It is so tall that I couldn't even get all of it into the image but let me tell you that I don't envy the guy up there. That kind of work is super dangerous and frightening if you think about it. Thankfully, no one got hurt at all and the tree came down and we're left with a lot more light in the back garden now. So that is wonderful because it means more light in my room and a ton of other rooms facing that way.

Day 8 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

I had to use this one to avoid any kind of faces/plates/town name

Hey everyone! :)

Today when my grandmother and I went out to pick some things up from the pharmacy we found out that they were doing a mini classic car show! So we decided to stop and take some pictures for my grandfather so that he could see the old cars. I loved this one because of the colour and look of it. Something that definitely screams classic car but that is completely stylish and would be awesome to drive even now!

Day 7 | 30 Day Snap Challange

Take this as my apology for the lack of a Thursday post?

Hey everyone! :)

So I am going to keep this short for obvious reasons. I was doing yard work today and I think I might have sprained/strained my wrist. All I know is that moving it hurts a heck of a lot and I've had ice on it and finally broke down to wrap it up. I was going to post up a late Thursday post today but because I can't type properly to edit and do the final touches it won't be up until maybe tomorrow? Or I might save it for the next Thursday. We'll see what happens with the wrist, but let me know what you'd like okay? :)

Day 6 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

A typical Tim Hortons Ice Capp, nothing special in it at all!

Hey everyone! :)

Today I went shopping with my grandparents since my grandfather had an eye appointment. So we decided to stop off and pick up some cold drinks from the very Canadian Tim Hortons. So we picked up some Ice Capps which hit just the spot. Whenever we go to the mall we seem to stop and grab them to just relax and get energy at the same time. As crazy as that sounds! So I decided to snap a shot of it for everyone who doesn't know what they are and because it was the highlight of my day. An Iced Capp is simply just a cold version of a cappuccino that is really refreshing on summer days. Tim Hortons does really good ones for cheap but they are quite similar to the ones that Starbucks does (or something similar to it).

Day 5 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

The look I have from the work parking lot!
Hey everyone!

So a bit of a late upload today, but I needed to take a bit of personal time to recuperate from the day I had at work! I decided before my shift to take a little snap shot of just how empty looking the area is compared with the rest of the town. My job is on top of a slight hill so you can see the top of one of the strip malls (I believe the large roof that is most visible is a Costco). I am not sure what is in the distance, I think it might be an apartment building? Who really knows, I've never been up that way before! Oh well, I will see you all tomorrow with a proper blog post and another snap shot!

Day 4 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

Today was pretty low-key but filled with outdoor activities! My grandmother and I went to pick up the last of the flowers for the back garden--along with a bunch of groceries! Yes, that is right, we have a garden center right by the grocery store. It is amazing for days like this where we only needed something like six additional plants and didn't feel like driving a good two hours to get to a proper nursery/greenhouse. Sadly, none of the flowers in that picture were ones that we picked up, but I wasn't able to do much photographing in the area because of all the people around and the lack of proper positioning. At least better than walking around all and trying to snap at things while keeping up with my grandmother!

Day 3 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! (:

So todays blog post is going to be a little shorter since I am typing it all up on my phone!  The shot for today is of the park area I brought the child I was babysitting to today. In the background you can kind of see a building o  tthe right. Well that is where the gym is that I go to is. So I pretty much walk up to this lovely park three or more times a week! I can't show  you the little one since I doubt her parentswould be okay with the idea due to other circumstances.Well that is it for today!  When I get home from actual work I will edit and add the links like normal! (:

Day 2 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

So today I pretty much was sick all day and I don't know why! I felt fine yesterday when I was outside but today was just not my day. So I spent the entire day indoors with cup after cup of tea, packs of tissues and of course my laptop and Youtube. I've been trying to get better, hence the lack of an actual post today but I should be back on Tuesday after some rest after work tomorrow and an early night tonight. So I promise there will be something for you on Tuesday. What it might be is still up in the air but we'll see when we get there right? If you have anything you want me to talk about Tuesday or Thursday this week, let me know! So far those two days don't have set plans like Monday and Friday normally do, so hit me up with anything you'd like to hear about!

Yes, before you all ask, that is Dan Howell on my laptop screen. I was watching his new video after the radio show this afternoon with a few of my new friends! Look at twitter, the BBC, and Dan/Phil bringing people together one weekend at a time.

That's all for today friends, I'll see you all with a real post on Tuesday and another Snap challenge tomorrow!

Cheers! x

Day 1 | 30 Day Snap Challenge

Hey everyone! :)

Woo hoo! The kick off to a new month and it is a perfect time for me to post my first challenge! If you didn't know I'm going to be taking part in Louise's (Sprinkleofglitter) 30 Day Snap Challenge! So last night we had a rain storm that knocked off a bunch of branches from our lilac trees in the back garden. So I decided before we had to throw them out that I would stick them through the lattice work fence that we've got set up out there. So I tried to be kind of artsy in doing it this way but I don't know how it turned out compared to other people! I also did a ton of gardening today so that was a lovely experience with my grandmother. Other then the bug bites of course! Those are killer.

TGIF #2

Credit given to the original owner of the image
Hey everyone! :)

Another Friday has come already and it took me a little longer to decide what I wanted to use as my second TGIF words of wisdom! I've been stock piling them so that I have a good chunk to apply to different moments in life and that will work at different times during these kind of posts. So I finally decided upon the quote from Arthur Forman after looking through some comments on Youtube, talking with friends and disagreement with my family.

Personally, I am the kind of person who is tolerant of people and try my best not to judge another person simply because of their ideas or the things that they do. Yet, it sometimes is very hard to keep that kind of attitude when people make it so easy to dislike them. Yes, everyone is entitled to their opinions and is a master of their own lives, but it is sometimes hard to just agree with them. I've had friends with views that I simply do not agree with but I feel inclined to stay silent because my friendship with them is more important than those views. That is the thing that we all have to really take away from this quote. The fact that the author is drawing attention to the idea of getting along with other people and not letting the little things get into the way of what could be an amazing friendship!

A lot of people in the world aren't going to agree with you, and aren't going to think the same things that you might. There are different opinions everywhere and there is, hopefully, never going to be one that is right. When you attempt to force an opinion onto people there is a good chance that it is going to make them resent that opinion. At least, that is what happens in my experience. I find myself often hating the opinions that people try to shove down my throat, so to speak, and try to take the opposite ideas from that. Does it annoy most people? Yes, of course it does, but it is my right to have a choice and to speak out. Don't let anyone take that away from you, you have your own mind and can make your own choices and decisions. The minute that someone tries to take that away from you, you need to find a way to get it back. However, don't push your opinions onto people because you think they are simply wrong in their ideas. Listen to them and talk with them in a reasonable manner. What is the worst that can happen if you keep calm and talk it out? You might even learn something about the opposite side of your ideas and find that they might not be as terrible as they appear at first.

This quote doesn't apply to everything in life, don't get me wrong with that. I'm not going to give examples because I really don't want to say to anyone that reads this that I completely disagree with them or that I have a strong opinion on something they don't believe in, but I do acknowledge the fact that a lot of people don't want to listen to other ideas and thoughts and don't care about the consequences. I think the quote is especially powerful given the idea of people's outlook on themselves. I've mentioned before that I have a low self-esteem and it is in part because I've taken other people's opinions and views of me to heart because they sounded louder and more forceful than my own. They didn't care about my opinion of myself and didn't care that I liked being different from them. It has taken me up until this year to truly take myself into consideration and to truly feel like I am taking control of my life. Don't let another opinion completely change your outlook on life, don't let someone else control the way that you view the world.

All in all, respect other people and the way they choose to see the world! Don't crush someone's opinions simply because don't believe everything that they think. That is fine! If you truly like talking with someone you make the differing opinions work and you learn to avoid topics that might end in a huge disagreement. It is a part of life and the sooner I think people learn that the happier they will be in the end!

That is everything for today but tomorrow I'll be starting the 30 Day Snap Challenge!
Check out Louise (Sprinkle of Glitter) for more details
So for the month of June I'll be posting a picture a day from my life! It isn't going to be easy, that is for sure with the kind of life I have, but I'm going to try and make it work as much as possible! I hope a lot of you do check it out and leave a link below so I can follow the pictures! I love love love being nosey through pictures like that.

Tune Time!

Copyrights given to the original poster of the image.
Hey everyone! :)

As I've mentioned before I've been going to the gym on a regular basis and have been loving every minute of it. That feeling when your running on one of the machines and can feel the oxygen in your blood just waking you up is one of the most amazing feelings in the world! At least in my opinion it is. So I decided to give you all a little look into the kind of music that I listen to in order to pump me up while I'm working out. Now, I know that a lot of people tend to have different playlists depending on what they are doing (cardio, weightlifting, etc) but I am one of the laziest people when it comes to organizing like that and figuring out what works for me. So instead it is all just kind of on shuffle and I work with whatever comes on. It is better then the crummy music that they play over the speakers.

Whew! From A to Z that is the music that I've been loving and listening to over and over again int he mornings! Now here is where I need your help! I need some new music! So I would love to know the kind of songs that pump you up and make you feel awesome for whatever reason! I'm really open to any kind of music (as you can probably tell from my severely mixed up style for the gym) so throw anything and everything you've got at me! Maybe you'll find someone else on here who likes the same kind of things and you'll become friends, music is known to do that right?

In other news, I just bought Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation, so I would love to hear your ideas about it. I'm really looking forward to it since I've heard everyone raving about it and finally went to a proper Wal-Mart to pick it up in Canada. Super exciting and glamorous right? Well that is everything for today I am afraid! I've been quite sick the last week and it has kept me stuck at home for days ):

OH! Just a reminder for anyone who is interested...

25 Facts about Me!

I give credit where credit is due for the images, I've only done some editing with them!

Hey everyone! :)

Today I decided to do something a little bit different. I've been writing this blog for almost two weeks now and I haven't really stopped doing things! It was rainy and just miserable outside today so I decided that I was going to make a really fun and bright blog post for everyone to bring a little bit of sunshine into their lives! So hopefully this turns any frowns upside down as the cheesy but cute saying goes! I've decided to give you a look into my life and to try and get to know the girl behind the blog so to speak! I love hearing about other people and I hope that by giving you some insight into my life you might be able to better relate to me or want to give information about your own lives! So without further adue...

  1. As you might have guessed, my name does begin with the letter A as I sign at the bottom of all blog posts.
  2. I have a younger brother, whose name also begins with an A. He is 2, almost 3, years my junior.
  3. I am 19 years of age.
  4. I've lived with my grandparents since I was about a year old.
  5. I don't live with my brother, he stays with my parents about 10-15 minutes away from me.
  6. I've never owned a pet before because my grandmother doesn't like them.
  7. I attended an all-girls high school, with a uniform, for about 6 years.
  8. I am a red-head.
  9. I've never dyed my hair before.
  10. Theatre is one of my greatest loves.
  11. I've been acting in plays since I was in the third grade.
  12. I live in Canada (without polar bears, igloos, and moose).
  13. I don't really like Maple Syrup.
  14. I have a lot of close friends, but only 3 of them I tell everything to.
  15. My family doesn't know I blog or have friends on the Internet.
  16. I used to read constantly but now I rarely have the time and I miss it.
  17. For the last two years I've had a really low self-esteem.
  18. I am one of 8 teenagers who live in my small area of town.
  19. Currently I am in school to become a history/religion teacher.
  20. My dream is to go and live in England...but I am worried I never will because of my grandparents.
  21. I have a fear of the future and not succeeding.

  23. Until this year I never wore make-up except on stage.
  24. I've become addicted to Youtube videos.
  25. I love everything and anything European (with a focus on history and people).
So there we have it! A completed list of 25 random facts that I don't think you would get to know without me telling you. Or at least that you might not always pick up on, but now you'll know. Who knows, in the future I might do another one if a lot of things my life end up changing? It's all up in the air for now though! I do have a question for you guys, what do you think about me doing 30 Day Snap that Louise is doing and has left open to everyone? I'd love to know what you think since the blog posts would be shorter those days and more or less just focus on the picture of the day?

Well that is it for now everyone, so I will talk to you again on Saturday! If you have anything you want me to blog about in the near future feel free to post it down in the comments as I try and reply to everyone as best as I can! :)

Cheers! x

TGIF! #1

I take no credit for the image and give it to the original creator
Hey everyone! :)

So I've decided that I'm going to start a Friday series that is going to focus on some amazing quotes that I come across between Fridays! Some weeks it may not be much of a saying as it could be something a friend said, other weeks it could be quoted from a famous person that speaks worlds about a particular feeling for that day. I decided to do this kind of thing partly based on the idea of Zoella and Louise talking about saying yes to more things and giving their readers motivation and support for a lot of things! So I decided that I wanted to try and do the same kind of thing because it was a really amazing idea and I love ending the week on a good note.

Everyone constantly faces struggles and battles in their life and often feel completely alone from it. I've suffered from a lot of medical issues in recent months that often leave me feeling tried and completely frustrated with myself. I've got problems with my knees, my blood, my eyes, and it feels like everything else in between. I know that those appear very minimal compared to the battles that other people are facing but those are often only the beginning for me. I don't want to go into too much detail about everything that cycles through my head on a regular basis but I will tell you that it is often not a pleasant outlook on myself and the way that I believe I look. However, I don't let those things define me, I work had to push past those struggles so that I can come out all the better for it. The last thing I want in my life is for people to tell me that my struggle wasn't worth it and that it wasn't a fight to get where I am or will be in the future.

Don't let anyone tell you that your problems aren't real or are all in your head. Don't let them tell you that you're never going to reach the dreams and goals that you've set for yourself because you have to work your way up from the bottom of the pile. That is only going to make the success so much better and sweeter tasting. In those moments when you are feeling as though no one is able to understand the struggle you are going through, know that someone out there does really care about you and is willing to listen to you. Know that they are hoping that you are going to succeed and that you're going to make them proud. Even if it doesn't feel like it, there is; trust me. I know that it doesn't mean much from a person you barely know but just know that I'm rooting for all of you to succeed in life and to conquer those mountains of struggles to reach the reward on the top of it.

Let me know if you think I should keep going with these and if you have any kind of quotes you would like to see used or talked about or just passed along for everyone to see. I'm going to try and vary the areas that I am getting them from so I hope that I can help one person relate to it. If you ever need to talk about something, I am more then willing to listen to you! I'm writing this blog for all of you just as much as I am for myself.

Have an amazing weekend everyone! :)

Cheers! x

A day well spent?

Hey everyone! :)

So today was the first day in a while that I haven't been going out for some reason or another and haven't really been doing too much. So I know a lot of this is going to sound boring, it was a really boring day, but I did do one thing that was insanely fun! I spent 6 hours on Omegle. Yes, that is right, 6 hours worrying that any moment I was going to come face to face with dirty old men or dark shady images that are only asking for trouble. Truly terrifying. Why would I keep looking, you may be asking yourself? For one simple reason; Alfie Deyes. It all began with one simple tweet at about 11pm (23:00 for those on the military clock), which has since been deleted. It was a simple request, to go and try to find him on Omegle. At 11:00 I figured that it wouldn't be a difficult thing since most people would probably be tried since they would have school the next day or they were in school or something to that nature. My gosh, was I wrong. Oh so very wrong. I spent 3 solid hours searching that website, trying to figure out where on earth he could be and if it was even a real thing. At about the hour and a half point I was 100% sure that he had lied and the major plan was for all the "Alfans" to become friends with each other.

So after those three hours, I decided that it was time for bed since he promised to continue the search the following day in about 12 hours. Now, for anyone who knows me, 12 hours would mean that it was 2:00 pm (14:00) when he would look again, I am never up within twelve hours of going to sleep. I'm sorry but if I am not doing something productive I am not going to get up for no reason. So of course, I promptly slept through it. Oh well, I thought to myself, there is always next time. Little did I know that Alfie also seemed to have forgotten the twelve hour mention he had made. Instead at about 6:00pm (18:00) he tweeted;

Taken from Twitter, I claim nothing as my own and give full credit to the original poster.
So of course the hunt began all over again. I am sad to say that I never managed to find him, or any of the other Youtubers that had joined in the search to meet some fans and each other (silly Sprinkleofglitter opening the flood gates) but I am so happy that a lot of people did! I think the most fun that I had while searching was the wonderful conversations that I had with people while I was looking and the new friends that I met while I was looking. It is my belief that you should be nice to everyone and wish everyone luck so that is what I did. I started every conversation with people asking if they had any luck so far and then having a quick conversation with them. The people that I talked with for a while (I am surprised they just didn't leave right away and keep looking but I am glad that they didn't) I am still continuing to speak with through twitter. It really was a good way to build friendships, so hats off to Alfie for that.

So that is everything that I think I want to talk about today, and I know that it isn't very good. I wish that I had something better for you to all read then just this--especially if you have no idea who I am talking about--but it was a boring day. I did a bit of shopping this week so I am thinking that I am going to post up some pictures of that and let you know how I like the items maybe? Let me know if that is something that you might like to see. If enough people do take a fancy to it then I'll try and make it more regular, or maybe a favourites post at the end of the month? I don't know, we'll see what happens since I'm still trying to find an identity for the blog.

I'll talk to you all soon!

Cheers! x
